Role Play / Training staff.
Role Play / training staff required on a part time basis to start with for my client who provide bespoke & completely realistic training scenarios to both military and non-military (Police, Fire & Rescue, Oil & Gas exploration etc. clients) in order to immerse there personnel into the best training environment available.
They require staff to act as participants within their scenarios to portray both military & non-military able and disabled participants in order to create the desired environment for training. Roles would include “normal town’s folk, refugees, accident victims” etc. no formal training is required but ex-military experience would be an advantage for some roles.
The work would involve working from 1 day to week long or 10 day training events, which would include some night working depending on training requirements. Accommodation, meals, etc. would be provided for over 1 day training events, as well an excellent rate of pay & the opportunity to gain more work while gaining experience.
These positions would appeal to someone who is looking for ad hoc work with a difference & can spare the time to spend extended periods of time away from home. The main requirements are:
1/ Ability to follow set requirements in order to forfill the desired outcome.
2/ Being able to “get involved within the spirit of things”
3/ Being able to attend events lasting for 1, 2 or 3 days & week long
Excellent rates of pay on offer as well as free accommodation, meals, transport to & from Southampton.
We urgently need people for an extended training exercise based on Salisbury Plain from 12th to 24th November, transport, accommodation, meals etc. provided.
