Portmeirion Hotel is a 4 star hotel which is located in one of the most beautiful areas of North Wales. We now need a full-time receptionist with a cheerful and friendly personality to deal effectively with guests at the desk. It would be beneficial for the applicants to have experience of working on a kept room computer system and experience of preparing bills and receive payment for them. The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this job. To start as soon as possible.

Duties include -
1. Greet guests and customers.
2. Establish a courteous and helpful attitude with guests always caring for their needs.
3. Ensure that the reception area is clean and tidy.
4. Using the computer system to record guests in and out and generate bills and receiving payments.
5. Inform the kitchen about the number of guests for lunch, dinner and breakfast the following morning and present a list of names of guests for lunch and dinner to the restaurant bar.

Hours - 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7. Any Shift as follows - 8.00am to 4.00pm, 3.00pm - 11.00pm

Salary - £ 15,579.20 per annum.
