Job description: A position has become available for a payroll professional at our Edgbaston accountancy practice. The role will include the preparation of payroll and CIS Returns for a bureau of clients. The role also includes reception other administrative duties.
Suitability: The position would ideally suit someone with past experience within a payroll bureau. Knowledge of RTI submissions and Auto Enrolment essential. Previous use of IRIS/Earnie preferred but not essential. Must have the ability to manage a range of clients within the bureau. Previous knowledge of SSP, SMP, SPP and SAP preferred. The administrative duties included within the role will involve client interaction and so good communication skills are essential.
Terms: Three month trial period followed by a full time permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: £16k-£20k (commensurate with experience).
Location: Quadrant Court, 48 Calthorpe Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B15 1TH. Car Parking available in work car park.
Hours of work: 8am to 4.20pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4.00pm on Friday.
