Office Administrator required - Sturminster Marshall.

Image Kitchens are manufacturers of bespoke kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture based in Sturminster Marshall, Dorset and we are now seeking a super efficient Office Administrator to join our growing business.

The main responsibilities of the job are as follows:

*Processing customer orders and quotations
*Sending order confirmations to customers
*Raising invoices for customers and chasing payments
*Raising purchase orders for goods and checking prices are correct
*Booking in deliveries
*Processing supplier invoices
*Collating supplier invoices and statements and preparing ready for payment
*Answering telephone
*General admin duties

Initially we are looking for someone to work 30 hours per week, but additional hours may be available as they business grows.

Starting wage is £7.50ph increasing to £8.00ph once fully trained.
Full training will be provided but the successful candidate will already have a good knowledge of admin practices and will be extremely organised and able to implement their own filing systems.

Own transport essential and must be willing to travel to Weymouth for interview.
