An exciting position has become available in our Nantwich office working within a small privately owned company as an Office Administrator.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support, they will need to follow set procedures and will exercise some independent judgment in carrying out instructions, under general supervision. Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:

- Administration and support of users for our online systems including offering technical support via e-mail, telephone and live chat.

- Creation and maintenance of system documentation and administrative reports

- Providing administrative support to Directors

- Liaising with product providers and second line support

- Assisting with compliance issues for our clients

- Producing and maintaining manuals and training guides

- General administration duties

- Meeting deadlines whilst providing outstanding customer service

- Using initiative with guidance from the Administration Manager and Shareholders

As full training on industry regulations and our systems will be provided, previous experience is not essential however computer and good communication skills are vital for this role.

- Good understanding of computer programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

A full driving license is required due to office location and an ideal candidate would be willing to travel to our dealerships around the UK if needed (not frequently) however this is not essential. This role is part of a very small team and the successful candidate will have to work alone at times, we are therefore looking for someone who is self-motivated and happy working alone and as part of a team.

This is a full time position and working hours are 8:30am – 5pm – Monday to Friday.
