Job Duties:
Providing excellent customer service and administration so that the Chiropractor can focus on treatments
Inbound & outbound calls to existing & new clients (no cold calling), to help ensure they keep up to date with their planned treatment schedule.
Maintaining the clinic, stock, organisation, cleaning & ensuring everything is in order.
Engaging with patients.
Complete confidentiality.
Qualifications / Experience:
Medical or receptionist experience is required.
Computer skills & basic accounting.
A genuine desire to care for others.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Flexibility to cover extra hours if needed.
Using initiative and maintaining a professional manner in a dynamic work environment.
Ability to diffuse problematic situations diplomatically.
