Care & Repair Western Bay are looking to appoint a new Care & Repair Officer to assist with their high quality casework service. This is an administrative position responsible for entering data on to spread sheets and databases, arranging casework appointments over the telephone, sending and monitoring casework surveys, making referrals and applications on behalf of clients, liaising with grant agencies and occupational therapists among other administrative duties.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a busy office environment, possess good computer skills including word processing and use of spread sheets and databases, have good interpersonal written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate a commitment to customer care in providing a high quality service.
