POSITION aDMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR

REPORTS TO aDMINISTRATION mANAGER

RESPONSIBLE FOR Adminstration/Fulfilment

PURPOSE:

To manage a team of Administrators in the administration of receipt, preparation and despatch of gadgets/mobile phones for assessment, refurbishment, repair and/or replacement

Conduct regular staff meetings/staff reviews

Conduct annual staff appraisal’s


RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Accountable for the teams accurate processing of mobile phones and gadgets, through data entry, billing, client reporting and providing a professional line of communication via email/telephone enquiries. To ensure that performance targets are met and daily job requests are processed in accordance with service level targets


DEFINITION OF KEY TASKS:

To ensure Post opening, booking on (data entry), reporting of quarantine items are maintained within the agreed client service levels and department KPI’s

Treat all employees fairly

Maintain a safe, secure and productive environment for employee

Ensure BER’s, Billing, Despatching of packages are maintained within the client service levels and department KPI’s.

Ensure all calls and email enquires/correspondence are maintained within the client service levels and department KPI’s

Ensure replacements, billing and queries are maintained within the client service levels and department KPI’s

Conduct regular checks on job status and location of jobs. Ensure that all queries are addressed with priority.

Assist with the delivery of staff training, offering advice and guidance as required.

Maintain excellent working relationships across all departments within Gadget Repair Solutions.

Motivating and driving performance within the team, achieving targets as set out within KPI’s and SLA’.

Ensure all processes and procedures are documented and updated.

To assist in other areas of the business as and when required or directed to do so by senior management.

Ensure all staff maintain the general tidiness/cleanliness of working areas.

Delegating work to staff

Provide assistance and support
