IPTS Ltd require a Part Time Administration Assistant to work 8.30am to 4.30pm 3 days per week (Monday to Wednesday) and to provide full time cover for holiday periods and sickness. Previous office experience essential.

Applicants must be of smart appearance with an excellent telephone manner, good communication skills and be qualified to ECDL (or equivalent). The successful candidate will also have experience of SAGE 50 Accounting package.

Duties to include dealing and responding to e-mails and telephone orders and enquiries from customers and suppliers, Sage accounting, marketing, updating our quality & procedures manual and maintaining our filing systems.

Knottingley area.

Wage dependent upon experience.
