Job Duties:
Process and manage all company accounting functions.
Manage company accounts using Microsoft Excel and Sage Line 50 software.
Administer the company's payroll.
Process customer orders.
Complete invoicing for both customers and suppliers.
Manage all creditor and debtor accounts ensuring timely payments into and out of the company.
Complete monthly EC Sales submissions.
Complete monthly Intrastat submissions.
Compile grant submissions.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Produce daily cash flow forecasts and liaise with the Managing Director on priority payments.
Prepare VAT and company tax returns.
Prepare monthly financial reports and KPI information.
Any other duties, within reason and capability, as determined by the Managing Director.
Qualifications / Experience:
At least 6 months' experience in a previous accounts/finance related role.
GCSE/O level Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent) essential.
Experience using Sage Line 50 and Microsoft Excel preferred.
A Levels including Maths or Business Studies preferred.
Relevant undergraduate degree or vocational qualification preferred.
