SWH are a outsourced payroll company. Our aim is to work with you to give you a flexible outsourced option. SWH produce payslips using the Sage Payroll Software, both locally and nationally, with frequencies to suit your business requirements.

We believe that the customer always comes first. We pride ourselves on providing a named contact and contact number, someone who knows you and your business, not the next operator in the call centre.

We offer bespoke services including but are not limited to:
Accurate payroll processing on time- every time
E-filing services, which are mandatory, whatever the size of your organisation
BACS upload file for your bank
Professional help to deal with HMRC legislation and enquiries
Full range of reports to provide you with all the payroll related information that you need
Set up a fully managed pension scheme including auto-enrolment , projected timelines and staging dates.

Position 1

Payroll Client Manager
Duties will include but are not limited to the below

Data Input Starters, Leavers, Permanent Changes within agreed timetable in agreed format Variable Changes via pre-agreed Excel/spreadsheets Calculate SSP, SMP, SPP and SAP Calculate Auto Enrolment and/or Pension Deductions Process pro-rata payments for starters and leavers Process backdated annual salary increases to include O/T, Shift, etc. Recovery of outstanding balances on final payments – normal cycle After leaving payments – normal payroll cycle Employee Transfers Processing Process Payroll Carry out standard reasonableness checks Produce payroll review report if pre-agreed and provide to Client Reverse and rerun for corrections (SWH Payroll Ltd errors) Process expenses - normal payroll cycle Upload Pension Files to Named Provider Send Auto Enrolment Correspondence to Employee’s where applicable Payments by BACS Scheduled employee payments via e-Banking on Clients behalf using CashBacs as an agent. Scheduled third party payments – HMRC and any additional requirements as pre-agreed in writing Reporting Provide electronic payslips or standard hardcopy if pre- agreed Produce P45s Produce defined reports as pre-agreed in writing from Standard Reports as defined With Client Produce any additional special reports required as pre- agreed in Writing by Client.

Position 2

Payroll Business development Manager

This position is a great opportunity for the right candidate to help grow with the Company and will be rewarded appropriately


Ensure sales of company’s payroll services designed specifically to meet the needs of small to medium scale businesses, as well as sales of new services
Establish and maintain good relationship with banks, CPA’s, insurance agents and other viable prospects
Give presentations to both existing and prospective customers on company’s payroll services, relying on sound technical selling skills, as well as on deep product knowledge
Work with management in developing annual marketing plan that highlights specific areas to focus on in meeting and surpassing sales targets for the year
Offer all available incentives and take advantage of all opportunities to close sales with prospects, thereby building the Business
Make sales by giving consultation to business owners and decision makers in organisations and recommending company’s payroll solutions that meet their business needs, with the benefits of the solutions well highlighted
Establish and maintains a database of qualified leads obtained through emails, direct mails, telephone interactions, referrals, cold calls or physical meetings with business owners, and management approved networking strategy
Participate in any way required in the implementation of company’s marketing plan and strategies
Design business proposal to market company’s products, taking into account the major payroll problems faced by the client’s business, the effect of such issues on the business, and the solution which company’s products offer; ensure proposals are effectively presented to prospects
Design innovative ways of sourcing for new clients, while ensuring great and continuous relationship with existing customers
Identify and create result-oriented Centers of Influence Network with other sales professionals, including recruiters, in order to increase revenue
Keep correct and detailed records of all activities relating to customer prospecting and sales in the assigned territory or location, such as sales calls, follow-up, closed sales, and presentations.





Position 1 will be paid £3.30 per hour Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm 40 hours a week, this may increase on performance upon a monthly review

Position 2 will be paid £3.30 per hour Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm 40 hours a week with a bonus structure of 3% leading to 30% for each new Client signed up to the business, again this may increase on performance upon a monthly review.

For both roles we are looking to offer a contract at the end of their apprenticeship for the right person
