Description

Due to Maternity leave County Care has a part time vacancy for an experienced Payroll Clerk to join our dynamic, friendly Home Care business. The role is being offered on a 12 month contract requiring 24 hours per week (flexible) to cover a maternity leave and will need to start in November 2016.

Key Tasks
• You will be working on a weekly and monthly payroll
• You will be dealing with all aspects of payroll from start to finish, including payroll journals, holiday pay , statutory deductions and auto enrolment.
• You will be dealing with payroll queries and will need to demonstrate strong payroll legislation knowledge.
• You will be inputting weekly data into a book keeping system
The Ideal Candidate
• Strong SAGE Knowledge - specifically SAGE accounts and Payroll
• Knowledge of Microsoft Packages, especially Excel
• Experience in a similar payroll position
• Working knowledge and understanding of Current Legislation - RTI and Auto-Enrolment
• Book keeping experience
• Good organisational and communication skills are a must
